Mental well-being is essential to overall health, yet it is often overlooked or misunderstood. Challenges such as caregiving, grief, chronic illness, financial strain, and spiritual transitions can create emotional strain that shapes how people think, feel, and function. These pressures can cause stress, anxiety, confusion, or emotional disconnect, even in those who seem physically healthy.
Dr. Glenda Speaks: A Fireside Chat Series on Mental Health and Wellness will help close the gap between mental health pressures faced by even those of us who seem physically healthy and the information, trusted support, and accessible space we all need. Dr. Glenda Newell-Harris, MD will lead and moderate this six-part series each session shows how everyday experiences influence emotional well-being and how communication, advocacy, spiritual grounding, and effective care practices can offer support.
Each one-hour session will take place via Zoom on a Tuesday evening at 7pm, with the first to take place on June 30th.
When: Tuesday , June 30th 7pm
